If you haven't been to a beer festival before, you get a card to sample 12 two oz samples from your favorite breweries from across the US (and some from overseas). Due to some of our strange liquor laws in the Great State of Texas, they are only legally allowed to "give away" 24 oz of beer. But fear not! You can buy additional sample cards for a measly price. It's a great way to try new beers (I found Samuel Smith's Organic Chocolate Stout at the last beer fest I went to....LOVE IT).
This beer-a-palooza will at the Dallas Farmers Market off of Pearl. I highly recommend the VIP passes so you can get an extra hour. These things get PACKED and the exclusive hour makes sure you're not rushed in choosing you beers. They will also have tasty food there, too. What more could you want?
